![]() I had used a program called DV Analyzer which showed a lot of errors on at least that one tape, but it also showed some errors on a completely different tape, with some other tapes showing no errors. ![]() I am thinking that Sony Vegas may not be the best choice to capture? Does anyone have any recommendation for which software is best to use? Most of the info on the web is from like 2004 and most if not all of the capture programs aren't even supported past Windows XP. This made me download a variety of DV capture programs, including Scenalyzer. I had tried the interval recording feature on my Sony PD170 and I think it may have tweaked that tape, causing me to have video quality issues, including pixel flash, which showed up after the transfer though not so much on the LCD viewer. I recently had some issues with video quality on one of the tapes. ![]() ![]() I am filming a documentary with mini-DV and I have Sony Vegas Pro 13.
